Ways and terms of shipping and payment (outside Switzerland)

We accept the following ways of payment outside of Switzerland: Credit cards (VISA, Master Card and American Express; ISA) and Wire Transfer.
When paying by credit card, please send us your credit card information split in several e-mails or by fax .
Items will be shipped immediately when funds have cleared. Please indicate your favorite way of shipment.

In larger international orders (CHF 500 and up), shipping cost (Air Mail) is included in the price of the specimen when declared at full value.
We pack every item the possible way. However, specimens will be shipped insured at your expense (usually a very modest fee).
If you request a specimen to be shipped uninsured, we assume no financial responsibility for damage or loss of the specimen.

If you are for any reason not satisfied with your order, simply return the UNALTERED item within seven days of receipt and get a full credit (minus shipping expenses) towards your next order.
