Large, partially chloritized morion point. No damage. The bottom has been sawed.
Held against strong light, the point is highly transparent.

Morion is by definition a very dark smoky quartz that appears black. This is among the most coveted Alpine specialties as it occurs only in the highest elevations of the Alps.
